As a self-confessed cat lady, I absolutely adore this piece hanging on my wall. It makes me smile as I walk through my door every single day. The intricate detail Laura has achieved with coloured pencil and graphite is nothing short of extraordinary. The precision and thought in every line show just how much talent and care goes into her work. I cannot count the number of comments I have had from people admiring it. Every time someone visits, they are amazed when I explain that it is all created in coloured pencil. It is always followed by a moment of disbelief. Laura J Stratton is such an incredible artist, and Blissful Ignorance is the perfect example of her gift. I love having it on my wall, brightening my space and sparking conversations. It is not just art; it is a little daily joy. Now to figure out my what my next piece will be!
