Once you place an order, you'll automatically receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please double-check everything looks correct, including your shipping address. Need to make changes to your products, sizes, quantities, or shipping details? Please contact me within 24 hours so I can update your order before production begins.

Yes, I love sending my art all around the world! I'm based in Australia, but I ship internationally. Australian orders usually arrive pretty quickly depending on your shipping option, while international parcels take a bit longer. I always include tracking so you can keep an eye on where your goodies are!

Each piece is crafted with care in my studio. Please review my shipping and handling information below to understand processing times and delivery details for your order.

Processing times vary by product as each item requires different levels of craftsmanship:

Fine Art Prints
Made to order and ships within 10-14 days

Canvas Tote Bags
Hand-pressed to order and ships within 3-5 business days

Vinyl Stickers
Ready to ship - dispatched within 1-2 business days

Processing times begin from the date of order confirmation and are separate from delivery times.

Your order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

Fine Art Prints: Shipped unframed in protective packaging (flat or rolled depending on size)

Canvas Tote Bags: Packaged in durable poly mailer bags for secure shipping

Vinyl Stickers: Packaged in rigid mailers to prevent bending and damage

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included. I'll email you the tracking details as soon as your package is on its way so you can follow its journey to you!

Delivery times depend on where you are in the world. I ship everything via Australia Post, and here are their current timeframes (but remember, these are just estimates):

Australia:

• Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–4 business days

International:

• Standard International: 6 - 27 business days

Please note: Once your package leaves my hands, it's all up to the postal service! While most orders arrive within these timeframes, I can't guarantee delivery dates - especially during busy periods like Christmas or if customs decides to take a closer look.

For my international friends: Your order might get held up at customs, and you may need to pay import duties or taxes when it arrives. These fees aren't included in my prices and are your responsibility to sort out with your local customs office.

I'll always send you tracking info so you can follow your package's adventure to your door.

Each piece of art, fine art print, vinyl sticker, or tote bag, is made and packed with love and care by me in the studio. Please remember, I'm a one-person operation and all items are either made to order, printed to order, or may be part of limited collections. Please see my returns policy below.  

Change of Mind

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, I can't accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully, and don't hesitate to contact me before purchasing if you have any questions. I'm always happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

I take such care when packaging your goodies, but sometimes things happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, broken, torn, or significantly different from what was ordered, please reach out to me within 2 days of getting your package. Please send me an email at hello@laurajstratton.com.au and include:

• Your order number
• What's wrong
• Some clear photos so I can see the issue. Photos must show the item in its original packaging to qualify for replacement/refund.

I'll get back to you quickly and we'll figure out the best solution.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Tote bags that show signs of use, stickers that have been partially removed, etc. cannot be refunded.

Important note: If an item from a limited or sold-out collection arrives damaged, unfortunately, I cannot offer a replacement. But I will always do my absolute best to offer you an in-stock item or offer you a full refund in this instance.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, drop me a line! I'll do my detective work and chase it up with the postal service or courier. Just keep in mind that international orders can take 2-4 weeks, so please be patient with those.

Important note: Once the tracking shows your package as "delivered," I can't be responsible if it goes missing after that point. I'd recommend having it sent somewhere secure where someone is available to receive the delivery.

Choosing the right size for things online can be tricky. The best way is to choose your print size based on your wall space and viewing distance.

Small (15x20cm to 26x35cm): Perfect for smaller spaces, bookshelves or creating a gallery wall.

Medium (30x40cm to 44x60cm): Great as standalone pieces or focal points on medium walls, ideal above desks or side tables.

Large (61x81cm to 64x105cm): Makes a real statement on a wall, perfect for above a sofa, bed, or as dramatic focal points in larger rooms.
