Copyright and Ownership Rights
All artwork is the exclusive property of Laura J Stratton Art. Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Laura J Stratton Art, including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints, merchandise and current and/or future reproductions of any kind.
You may not: create NFTs or digital tokens from the artwork, make copies, prints, or reproductions for any purpose, use the artwork commercially or for profit, sell digital files or images of the artwork, modify or create derivative works.

Each piece of art, fine art print, vinyl sticker, or tote bag, is made and packed with love and care by me in the studio. Please remember, I'm a one-person operation and all items are either made to order, printed to order, or may be part of limited collections.
Processing times for each item can be found within the product descriptions. Please note that delays in dispatching orders may occur during busy periods.

Change of Mind Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and ensure you read the product descriptions thoroughly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
I carefully inspect and package every item before shipping. Once your order leaves my studio, I cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 2 days and I'll work with you to find a solution.
Shipping Responsibility
Laura J Stratton Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure you provide complete and correct mailing addresses at checkout.
International Duties and Taxes
If purchasing outside of Australia, please be aware you are liable for any import taxes or fees on your products. It is your responsibility to pay any duties, VAT (value added tax) or other similar charges. These are not included in the sale price listed on our website and are your own responsibility.
Ordering and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at time of order.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
